Andrew reached out to us on Instagram (@360Yardware if you want to follow us too!), and shared that he’s been working on an extensive fence and gate project since the fall. With most of the hardware installed, he’s just going to be working on a couple more gates, then staining everything this spring.
At a high level, he combined Contemporary Ring Latches and Stainless Steel Cane Bolts with Galvanized Steel Strap Hinges and Midnight Black Slide Bolts.
We love how he blocked up the latch and strike for alignment – plus it just blends in with the design of the gate!
If you look closely, you can see that he chose a surface strike for the slide bolt on the double gate; however, he went with a mortise strike on the single gate…what attention to detail!
