Combining Hardware with Stunning Results

We love hearing from our customers, and greatly enjoy seeing photos, even before a project is 100% finished!

Andrew reached out to us on Instagram (@360Yardware if you want to follow us too!), and shared that he’s been working on an extensive fence and gate project since the fall. With most of the hardware installed, he’s just going to be working on a couple more gates, then staining everything this spring.

At a high level, he combined Contemporary Ring Latches and Stainless Steel Cane Bolts with Galvanized Steel Strap Hinges and Midnight Black Slide Bolts.

We love how he blocked up the latch and strike for alignment – plus it just blends in with the design of the gate!

If you look closely, you can see that he chose a surface strike for the slide bolt on the double gate; however, he went with a mortise strike on the single gate…what attention to detail!

He said: “The investment of good hardware makes the project really stand out. Plus, I’m a manufacturer representative of commercial door hardware and access control. I know good hardware, and y’all have it. Also, supporting local companies instead of big retailers.” Thanks so much, Andrew – we can’t wait to see more photos after staining!
