Shipping Rates & Policies

Contiguous US:

Each product you order is shipped directly to you by one of our manufacturers or directly by 360 Yardware. Ground service is standard. Products ship via UPS, Fedex and USPS Priority Mail. Contiguous US shipping is a flat $8 for all orders. 

All orders with value over $400 will require a signature or will need to be re-routed to a pickup location for you to retrieve at your convenience. Our tracking e-mail provides the information for you to take charge of your delivery.

Undeliverable Orders: If we ship an order to the address you provide and it is returned to us because you weren’t there to receive it or the address was incorrect, we will charge actual shipping costs to ship it out a second time. If a box is returned (undelivered) to us and you choose not to accept terms of redelivery, we will refund your order less $40.

*Expedited Order Processing (Ship out the next business day from order date): We do not offer expedited processing at this time.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico

Ground service is not available, however a reduced air price is usually available. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order. We will contact you with an estimate of the shipping cost for your chosen items. We will reduce your order’s shipping total, as much as possible. **Free shipping codes do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.**

Canada:

360 Yardware ships orders to Canada via FedEx or UPS Express service only. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order. We will contact you with an estimate of the shipping cost for your chosen items. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes, duties, or brokerage/clearance fees. Contact the customs office in your country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. FedEx charges ancillary fees outlined here, including a Distribution Fee of 2.5% or $10CAD, whichever is higher. More details here

All courier shipments with a value exceeding $40 CAD require customs clearance by a broker. The customs clearance procedure requires the broker to perform, on behalf of the importer, a number of tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, auditing import documentation, classification of the commodity being imported, and preparation and transmission of accounting information to Canada Customs (this is what the Distribution Fee is).

If an order is placed on shop.360yardware.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

International Shipments (outside of Canada): 

We do not ship internationally except for Canada.

Important Notes (aka The Fine Print):The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customer will indemnify and hold harmless 360 Yardware from any interruption or loss of service, any loss of business or other consequential damage(s) or claim(s) based on 360 Yardware’s ability or inability to supply any products, services or documentation provided. Further it is agreed that this hold harmless indemnity survives the termination of the business relationship.
