Continental US: Each product you order is shipped directly to you by one of our manufacturers or directly by 360 Yardware. Ground service is standard. Products ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or expedited shipping if chosen. Contiguous US shipping is a flat $5 for all orders.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Ground service is not available, however a reduced air price is usually available. We will reduce your order’s shipping total, as much as possible. **Free shipping codes do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.**
Canada: 360 Yardware ships orders to Canada via FedEx or UPS Express service only. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order. We will contact you with an estimate of the shipping cost for your chosen items. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes, duties, or brokerage/clearance fees. Contact the customs office in your country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. FedEx charges ancillary fees outlined here, including a Distribution Fee of 2.5% or $10CAD, whichever is higher. More details here.

All courier shipments with a value exceeding $40 CAD require customs clearance by a broker. The customs clearance procedure requires the broker to perform, on behalf of the importer, a number of tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, auditing import documentation, classification of the commodity being imported, and preparation and transmission of accounting information to Canada Customs (this is what the Distribution Fee is).
If an order is placed on shop.360yardware.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
International Shipments (outside of Canada): During the pandemic we have continued to have challenges shipping internationally. We are not offering this service at the moment, and will update the site when we change back.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customer will indemnify and hold harmless 360 Yardware from any interruption or loss of service, any loss of business or other consequential damage(s) or claim(s) based on 360 Yardware’s ability or inability to supply any products, services or documentation provided. Further it is agreed that this hold harmless indemnity survives the termination of the business relationship.
